No way Pep wants his players to put in shit performances on a weekly basis
He obviously doesn't agree with your assessment then, does he ?

If he wasn't doing what Pep wants, he would be dropped - how is that so difficult for you to understand ?

There are none so blind as those who don't want to see.

Or maybe the huge amount splashed on him is a factor? Maybe that's why he keeps getting picked. Many ways to look at this conundrum.

So youre saying that Pep thinks the results we're getting are irrelevant , its more relevant for Grealish to play because we paid 100 mil for him?

Makes sense , one day Pep can put on his CV "played Grealish every fucking game because we paid 100 mil for him"

good analysis on why the grealish & cancelo combo is, so far, lacking in end product.

TL: DR - two right footers who don't use their left foot against low blocks means they almost always have to cut inside, which halts the attack and makes the entire play awkward to manuever and easy to defend. most of our play comes down the left side, but most of our goals comes through the right.

Zinchenko could be a key figure to unlock grealish, although he's not the overlapping type that could help. Even though kyle doesn't go forward much, he does overlap and over a nifty crossing option for gabby, which gives him more space to do his thing.

Maybe Pep will read the above and alter his approach , or he could just ignore it.

What is fairly certain is that he will integrate Grealish into the team plans the way he thinks is best .

Despite the media wishing and hoping that Grealish will be a failure they will be disappointed , he has started well considering he is adapting to a new club , tactics and expectations , he has never been a prolific goal scorer but he will sontribute his fair share of assists.
We have signed Grealish in his prime and along with Foden we have the two potential world class English talents , and that is what winds the media up , Greenwood, Rashford , Trent Darby and any other 'istree club english player will never be anywhere near the two superb English players we have.
Grealish will thrive under Pep and we can look forward to 5 or 6 years of Jack ripping opponents to pieces ,he has the right attitude , doesnt take shit off opposing players and never hides , like Foden he always wants the ball , a sign of truly great footballers.
Five years of Grealish is £20m a year amd he will still have a sell on value at 30/31 if he wants to move , great signing.
