I saw one knucklehead say Jack was only involved in the second goal ffs!
A team doesn’t work like that but in any case he had direct involvement in all 3

1. He drew the attention of the Watford defender in the 6 yard box leaving Raz in acres of space.
2. He made the vital link up pass without which the goal doesn’t get scored
3. He drove into the penalty area drawing the Watford defence to their right so that when the ball was switched to Barnardo on their left he had the space inside the fullback to get his shot off.

Jack is a wonderful player who is adapting to how City play but he looks a great fit already.

So you're telling me that you spend 100 million on a player just for him to be another cog in the team?

Well he's not a Pogba , fucking half-arsed and totally ego driven - you will no doubt recognise those traits as being the norm in your players.

That's what Bartomeu does, not Barcelona. Anyway, my point still stands. Guardiola could have bought a striker or an out and out left winger to replace Sane. Grealish is a good player, but I don't see what he provides that Bernardo or Gundogan can't.
City were in for a striker regardless of Grealish. Grealish was bought because of the fact he can play wide left or through the middle. By the time he hits his peak years KDB will be on the decline due to age, therefore City have planned for the long term and have bought a really good youngish English player, who will be only get better.

Foden can play as an out and out left sided player if needs be. Pep has clearly built a team around flexibility, meaning that Bernado, Gundogan, Grealish, KDB, Foden can all either play in the front three or midfield three.

The fact you’re a Barca fan doesn’t invalidate your opinion but the fact you’re on here having a go at City’s transfer policy when your club is in a dire situation of spending far too much on salaries and transfer fees on mediocrity, shows you’re lacking a bit of self awareness.

We’re currently leading the hardest league in the world, will probably go far in the CL, being one of the top 3 favourites, playing unbelievably good football and have the best midfield in the world and you’re here judging a new signing who’s not been here 6 months, has just come back from injury and has actually been pretty good? Behave.

It's not a lack of self-awareness but just plain arrogance and the deluded impression that everybody gives a fuck what a Barca fan thinks

Bernardo has 7 goals & 2 assists.
Sterling has 5 goals and 3 assists.

Those thinking Grealish isn't productive should remember that Bernardo was on 0 goals and 0 assists at that point last season. Some thought Bernie was finished and we should get rid!

Grealish has it in him to contribute a lot of goals/assists for City. Think he'll get more productive over the next months.

The amount of people who write off our players (and manager lol!), only to be proven wrong, yet they do it again and again.
