Show pony is harsh but Grealish will never get anywhere near the level of David Silva/Bernardo Silva.

The one problem that we have seen since his arrival is his off field distractions.

He's young, far too much money and a good looking dude, but IF he wants to be a world class footballer in a world class team, winning titles , he will have to sort out his life off the field and quickly.
And a penchant for drink driving it seems. Show pony may be harsh but all I see is someone who's nice on the ball , nice hair , low socks and that's it. I can see this being our pogba signing, in a few years we will still be talking about what his best position is, what we need to do to get the best out of him ect. He's not better than what we have already which makes the 100mill just insanity and I'm also not buying the he needs 12 months in a pep team look at Bernardo Silva ect. Bernardo had to settle in a new country and a new league, grealish has moved from the Midlands.

Long time member for so little contribution , yet every one a gem.

the money is irrelevant to me.
the performances are the most important thing. I never doubted Bernardo Silva....you could always see the potential and ability

I can see that Grealish has the potential and ability to be successful for City. More importantly, Pep did see it and that's why he was signed in the first place. Why question his view of Grealish on the basis of several games? Why question his ability to evaluate talents, given he has worked with some of the greatest talents?

Many players struggle in their first seasons under Pep, including legends like Sergio (benched by Jesus) and Fernandinho (benched by Toure at DM). Bernardo himself would have been considered a failure after his first season if he had been more expensive. It's pretty obvious that people who are critical of Grealish are heavily influenced by his price tag and the expectations coming with the latter.

And how does this contribute exactly? I thought this was the grealish thread not my post history.

if your latest post was an example, it is perhaps best that you haven't posted fequently.

But as you know Grealish so well as an individual , you are clearly in a better postion to post, so please excuse my rudeness and give us the benefit of your knowledge.

Got potential and talent, but not quite hitting his strides. To be honest, we've had quite a few players who were like this in their first season, we just have to be patient. He could perhaps be braver in his decisions.

Dont have to like my opinion, no one's opinion on this board means anything. You clearly rate grealish and i clearly don't. I won't
derail the grealish discussion by going back and forth with you. I'm discussing grealish and your discussing individual posters. Have a good day.
