this stat will conveniently gets overlooked by everyone having an agenda against Jack. Surely for this kind of stat to come up he should be doing something right at least right? As far as I see, Jack is doing everything correctly from the midfield till the opposition box after which there are two issues, one he is not a finisher himself and two his teammates either messup their finish or they make a extra pass instead and the chance is gone. Having an actual striker will get his assist number to a very high place.

Look at this CL chart if anyone still has no idea what Jack brings to our team
I don't blame people who were expecting more from Jack - 100M is 100M and club record signing made everyone excited, bar was set so fucking high.. Aguero`s N10 in addition to that and there was maybe expectation of Maradona plus Messi - no more no less :D
Anyone who had closely watched Villa games last season - knew that we weren't getting Maradona or Messi.. But we got Jack, who is fantastic footballer and great addition to the squad.
More is yet to come, but as we have seen - his stats are there.. Key passes, dribbles, ball retention, pauses..
What I don't like I have already said - it's his defensive skills and it needs to be improved.
But other than that, we have got a very very very good footballer, for the next 6-7-8 years..

With proper striker, i'm sure his contribution will be more noticeable. Heck not just him but whole team.
Sorry but anything that has a caption 'the most insane ball carriers' just makes me laugh, rather than take the content seriously.

I've said this many times before when these kind of bullshit graphs with one very specific and often loosely named stat on them are posted in various different threads, they're entirely pointless. They're used almost completely devoid of any neccesary context to prove anything remotely useful and really don't help whatever point that's trying to be made because they're so easily proven to be stupid.
Haha, some people are just too invested in Grealish and don’t want to admit he has been underwhelming so far. Nobody is saying he won’t get better, but he has been average at best so far.

I’m not all that sure why you’d want your ball carrier to be insane tbh.
