Until De Bruyne comes up to speed, he will have to carry the creativity responsibility. I had never got past the shin pads and the hair, but he has been doing well. The defenders gravitate toward him, and he has the composure to carry the ball and to find the passes. He may not get the assist numbers, but he starts a lot of moves.

He drives forwards at every opportunity and can beat his defenders. I like him...

Don't think he had a bad game, don't think he had a great game either

That missed chance at the very end was very poor though

On another day, he'd have had a few "second" assists.

Much like the Dave, he's very good at playing those little throughballs that a runner can exploit. Which is what really helped Bernardo flourish.

Also like the Dave, he's very good at hogging the ball and drawing players in. Which is really what helped Cancelo flourish.
