Wonderful hearing Pep talk about his ability to control the tempo, lovely stuff. If it wasn't clear to anyone it should be now I guess. Pep wants to make him our next David Silva. Hope he can live up to the hype and keep improving as a player.

Funny thing is it’s £100 million and it’s hardly touched our budget ha . Now that is good business..

This has been obvious from day one. Watch Grealish last season and you see he has that pace Control that Dave used to thrive on in his prime.

I knew mate, bug a lot of people here didn't believe it and thought Phil can do it just as better.
 
He’s going to be fun to watch. Played a handful of quality balls. Very excited to see him settle.
 
Another reason to get rid of that hairstyle now James Maddison has it.
