He looks a completely different player than the one we saw at Villa. But, we should all know to give new signings at least a year before judging them. I absolutely hated Rodri in our team before the start of this season, but look at him now.

Completely the opposite. Bread and butter under Pep is position and possession. Grealish is learning those, and yes he’s being a bit too cautious, but I’d rather a player was patient and took the time to adapt than one who thought he was bigger than the system and did what he wanted from day one

I thought the exact same. We have so many players who could go and play shackles off and take risks constantly, and if they did he’d be fuming.

Simply put he can't justify being on the pitch whilst we've got the likes of mahrez and sterling on the bench. Offering nothing but worse than that, he's hindering our play by slowing it down. He's got an awful lot of work to do.

Nolito's first half-season here was better than Jack's has been.

There is only so far the "other players had slow starts as well" line can carry you, at some point you have to actually do something. Or at least look like you are trying to do something. Or at least threaten to look like you are trying to do something. At the moment he may as well not even be there.

He's got bags of talent, but needs to figure out how to actually use that in the system we play, at the moment he looks like he's got no idea what to do

Everything negative being said about Jack this year could and often was said in previous seasons about Rodri, Cancelo, Bernardo, Mahrez and others.
We are the most technically drilled team in the world, playing a style of football that no other team in the history of the game has played before, for the most demanding, and also the best, coach in the history of the game.
It takes time to learn to play in this system. Very very few players sign on and shine from day one. Jack is no different.

Difference between these guys and Grealish is that all of them were either young, so it was understandable that they'd need some time to grow into it (Rodri, Bernardo) or we'd seen from their past that at their best they would definitely get into our team (Mahrez, Cancelo).

Genuinely think the best form we've ever seen from Jack isn't good enough to break our starting XI. He doesn't just have to get up to his best, he has to then get significantly better. Otherwise we're better off starting Foden and Sterling.

Snoozed through a lot of the game but like many have already said. For me it is mahrez all over. Will take time to find his role. How to play off so many other talented players in a Pep system. His efficiency and product will go up. He's a beast
