What do you mean it doesn’t help us going forward? If you mean on the pitch, we won the league last season after signing him and are well placed this season. If you mean in terms of our transfer strategy/policy going forward, that is also plainly wrong. We have had a huge net influx of transfer money since we signed him and picked up several bargains last summer.
