He’s a quality player but his lack of end product is a concern. He should have adapted to a change of club and tactics by now.

Reminds me a bit of Nasri at times.

Wish we had seen Nasri under Pep, guess he had his chance and bottled it..

Every right back in the country knows all you do is back off, back off, back off when Jack runs at them, and then he just doesn’t have the injection of pace and urgency to commit and beat the defender.

The only time he looks good currently is when he drives in from the wing and carries it across the pitch, unfortunately though he still doesn’t do anything to hurt sides even when he does that.

Disappointing, but I’m not giving up on him quite yet.

I like Jack as a person and player and he’s done ok for us. He’s just not a City player though.

He’s a good squad player but I think we all need to lower our expectations and forget about the £100m price tag as it’s quite clear he’s not that kind of player.

You could not be more wrong . For the average poster it is a yes or a no. Likey or no likey. Don't start putting team performance before the individual.

Together... how would the pre match and game time posters handle that concept,when Pep picks all the wrong players in all the wrong positions. As Mr Royle in the Royle family would say "Together my arse."

Anyone notice that Foden was just the same as Grealish for much of his time on the left today? That position is cursed I tell ya.

Foden did everything quicker and sharper than Jack.

Grealish looked so sluggish with and without the ball today. Back foot out of possession and indecisive with the ball. Still believe he’ll improve.

The common denominator is Pep.I am not suggesting its wrong as it clearly brings success,but his style and his tactics will always lend themselves to the collective rather than the individual.

Look at Grealish at Villa and with England,likewise Phil and Sterling.......all had/have more poetic licence and freedom,and individually they make a greater impact.

I often wonder where this mythical England form comes from? He's got 1 goal against Andorra of all countries in 24apps for England and during the euros sat on the bench for the majority.

A players recent form doesn't matter when it comes to jack grealish.

An attackers goals or assists don't matter when it comes to jack grealish.

There's not a lot of things that do matter to jack grealish on this forum. Only on bluemoon would you hear a 100 million pound attacker isn't playing well because of the left back, or the right attacker Mahrez.

If anyone else had signed a 100 million pound attacker and the most common thing said about him was ' kept the ball well' blue moon would be ripping the fuck out of them . Look at the stick Nunez gets and he isn't anywhere near his ' second season' .
