we've been hearing that since he joined. ain't happening.Time for Jack to step up to the plate, his play is very predictable, his goals and assists are way behind where they should be, needs to start being more positive and influencing games.

Too slow. Too crab-like with short, sideways/backwards passing. Very little creativity. Look at his goal assists stats.Why would you play him in the middle.
Get rid.
In short, you wouldn’t unless we get totally desperate with injuries and loss of form.
Even a celibate monk would have scored in the last 2 years.Last City goal was 15th December 2023, wonder if he’ll make it to a year without scoring?

He is not the sort of player that will get together with the seniors and get us out of this slump, he is not a leader , he is a follower, a lazy one at that

Actually came close last night when he struck Foden with his volley, would have had a headed chance from Bernardo but for a great intervention, and then hit the frame when his effort was deflected. Given his lack of game time I was actually rather encouraged, though he should have killed the game at the death.

His fan boy apologists are getting quieter after every game, perhaps they are starting to see what many of us have been seeing and saying for months. Not sure he's the biggest flop since the takeover but he's certainly the most expensive.

I don’t like criticising our players but Grealish is one of the most one dimensional players we’ve ever had as a midfielder, he has made the odd assist when we require a goal but they are few and far between and as others have pointed out his goal to game ratio is poor.
He had 15 goals and 17 assists in 96 PL apps for Villa. I'm more surprised people are actually shocked with his output for us.I don't remember him even being particularly exceptional at Villa.
From what I recall, he was just good for a Villa player.
Folks overblew his ability before he even signed. Some here were practically begging for the club to sign him, never understood the obsession then.
