I genuinely think he has more potential for us in the middle, but part of this is him accepting that he's supposed to be more for us than he is currently. Give him the keys to the machine and see how he handles it. Watched him at the Feyenoord game and he just seemed so passive and almost reluctant to try and impact the game.
 
Time to take that bottle of whiskey, he put in during the treble celebrations, out of his arse and start playing some decent football once again.
 
I have thought for a while he could do a job centrally, mainly because he was more central at villa.

Make or break though, you can't be as unavailable as him for the last two years and keep your place.
