In a nutshell... Damo knows nothing.

Just shit stirrers stirring shit to try to get attention.

Gobshites.

That (i.e. my) information came directly from an employee on City's performance analysis team. The reference to others came from someone better connected than I am at all levels of the club. I know my guy because coaching is a small industry where everybody knows everybody in the local area and coaches are all football obsessed and gossipy bitches. I don't need attention mate.

Someone (i.e. the well connected guy in the media) told me Grealish has turned up to training worse for wear a few times and City are done with him after declaring himself fit for the international break after his "mystery injury". I asked my mate at the club and he said he's not heard anything like this and as far as he knew, everything is fine in that regard. But he's a club employee and could possibly be lying. We're mates and knew each other before he went to City but we're not "I'm going to tell you something my employer has sworn me to secrecy over" type friends. That was the tweet essentially.

It's also who gave me this and said I could post it because it was in early stages:

Which was then confirmed in L'Equipe later. Feel free to check the dates.

I'm not going to post on a forum quietly for 16 years and then randomly start making shit up for a joke am I?

50m is the sweet spot
Hopefully, we can give the best sales pitch ever to sell him for that amount.
Like him as a human being but has been a huge disappointment overall. We've all been waiting for him to show his Villa form but all he's given us is fouls and slowed our game down.

He showed his level for one season, which is arguably more disappointing because we know he's capable of playing to a high standard under Pep but for whatever reason, can't do it consistently. If he'd just been an utter flop, you could blame the recruitment.

Watched the Arsenal and Real Madrid games in 2023 back yesterday and Jack was excellent in both them games, sadly he doesn't seem to be that player anymore.

Hope Jack has a week in because going off the nature of Peps current random team selections he will probably start the final

It's Ok to start a game and come off the bench in the following game you know, you don't have to sit on the bench for 90 minutes for multiple games and than start out of the blue, but Pep like this for whatever reason.

Makes perfect sense to have a guy on the bench as an unused sub for weeks at a time and then thrust him into the starting lineup in a league game where CL qualification is still on the line or a late stage cup game. Excellent man management.

Didn't do his stock any harm not being involved in that shit show.

If anything, him barely being involved this season actually looks better on him, I can't believe he would make us any worse at the moment.

Some people can't handle the fact that he actually hasn't been as bad as a good few who stink up the pitch consistently yet somehow play loads more than him.

Well, no he wouldn’t. It’s just another baffling Pep thing though if his only 3 starts in ages are Real Madrid, the semi and the final!

Hopefully we can get some money back for him and get his wages off the books...he is clearly done here...

Who would have guessed it?
