10 | Jack Grealish - 2024/25

He can’t really have an England career when he doesn’t have a club one

Get that maybe Grealish has had offers from another club and he fancies it.. thing is Grealish praises pep so much and respects him that him taking the offer to go to the England squad knowing pep ain't happy is weird

Edit: watched pep interview and he is fucking annoyed. Grealish is an idiot.

His attitude sucks. The alcoholic excesses after the CL final were a huge red flag.

Let's hope he returns fit. We'll need him till January. Not sure about after that, though.

Christ, I think it’s time to get over the fact he got drunk after our treble celebrations. It’s really time. Drop the grudge it’s pathetic.

What happened to the rule of when a player misses his clubs game before the International break he withdraws?
No such rules exist. As long as the club medical team cannot provide an injury report the national manager has every right to call up the player and access the situation by themselves.

And according to Lee Carsley, he clearly stated they get in touch with medical team regularly before making the decision. Remember that Man City medical staff will not "make up" injury reports.

So in the midst of an injury crisis a player missed 5 games for his club and the miraculously gets fit to represent his country.

If it smells like ***** etc
