The lack of affection this kid got this season from Man City fans in inexplicable to me. While someone like Bobb gets nothing but constant praise for every touch he makes, Doku is always questioned and criticized. The majority of people seem to think that disliking him makes them seem knowledgeable or cool. It must have been hard for him. But he deserves much love and support because he simply makes this team more dangerous. Pep knows that and trusts him, hopefully the detractors remember that.
I would agree completely.

His form when he arrived was magnificent at a time most of our players were well off the pace, he created havoc and his form during that time is a huge part why we can win the title on Sunday.

Yes his form dipped but tell me a wide player that never happens to, even more so a lad of 21 in his first season in the PL.

The different treatment compared to Bobb happened for some obvious reasons: 1) Bobb is an academy graduate (and fans here love that more than anything). We hope and pray for academy graduates to become great. 2) Doku's presence and successes generally doubled as an obstacle to Grealish's position on the 11. So those who had a particular soft spot for Grealish made a point to point out every Doku error.

Finally, Doku did have some glaring problems that legitimately needed ironing out. His defensive work was pedestrian at best. and his decision-making was often average at best. That said, the skills that he possesses are neither teachable or replicable by anyone on the squad. So there.

Do do do kku ku
is all i want to say to you
do do do ku ku ku
his 1on 1 will get us thorough

He's brilliant. Obvs he's not the kind of player that will be suited to every game. But it's baffling to me how much people go on about his flaws.

Very pleased with Jezzas progress so far, he’s unplayable when he on top form and he’s only going to get better under Pep…

That spuds defender didn't know what fuckin day it was for the pen he won for us last night.. He’s got a serious turn of speed on him an all

A really handy player to have especially when there is space and overal he has settled in quick enough. Still not sure you bring him on to close the game when needing to keep possession or in tight games.

I really like Doku, but I have to be honest I was wanting Grealish to come on instead.

He was absolute class, made the right decisions and then killed the game for us.

Felt like a key moment for him personally as well.
