He’s rapidly becoming one of my favourite players.

His grit and determination to regain his place in the team shows true character. He gives us calmness on the left hand side, and he smoothly ticks the machine over with his silky touch and clever reading of the game.

Its wonderful to see, and long may it continue.

Great teams often need a few 'water carriers' Zinchenko is quietly becoming indispensable in this side.

Even at the start of this season, I'd get a slight worry whenever he was named in the 11, now the tables have turned, at this point, I'd be more worried if he wasn't

Says a lot for someone who was shunned from PSV's youth side for not being good enough as an attacking midfielder, and more or less shown the door by city.

Absolutely excellent mentality, wouldn't change Zin for the world, no matte where he plays he'll always give all he's got and will be serviceable

Foden will get the plaudits and rightfully so, but Zin is the poster child of the CFG model, who on earth knew who he was when we plucked him from UFA, a season on loan, and a few seasons grafting and he's won 2 premier leagues and more trophies, and is now first choice left backs in one of Englands greatest ever football teams.

Thought that was one of his best performances for the club. The difference between his recent performances and those when he returned to the team is huge.

The lad could have gone to Wolves a few summers back but backed himself and chose to stay and fight for his place, that showed balls and he's proved that he was right to stay.

Must say I am still surprised and extremely impressed by this lad's ability and courage to manage to make it to starting XI again, even if by chance, but staying focused and consistent.
