Very intelligent, both as a person and a footballer. Very humble, got a degree, rebuilt his career after he was dropped and forced Atletico back into buying him and he is now really picking up. I have had many arguments on here about this lad so im glad more people are coming round to the quality he provides.As Many have metioned he came across really well in his interview. Humble but determined. Spoke excellent english too.

Well said, anyone believing it's a sudden "turnaround " should watch or read Pep's pre match presser comments if they don't believe you.People saying this is a turnaround..it isn't, he's always been this good, he just needed help in midifeld, which he is now getting. There isn't a cdm in the world that would have looked good for us last season, Kev high up the pitch, Dave didn't defend anymore, fullbacks out wide, he was being asked to do all the defending on his own and he often got over-ran as a result. Having Sane speed wouldn't have made a difference either, the change of system has let him flourish and show us what he can do without having to play on the backfoot all game.
