I thought he was pretty good today

Really pissed off with his attitude especially when he received the ball and lost possession when 2 fulham players crowded him out

Instead of looking to get the ball back he strolled watching Fulham build up an attack because of his error, continued to stroll slowly and let a fulham player run past him and then had the audacity once the attack fizzled out to shake his head whilst strolling along some more

I hope pep spotted that cos it is fucking unacceptable

He did well in many senses today, and played an important part of steadying the ship after the opening 15 minutes.


However he did look a bit sloppy at times, which is uncharacteristic.

I’ve thought he has looked cream-crackered the last couple of games. We’ve played on some tough pitches recently and I don’t think that’s helping him.

I feel like the bags under his eyes are getting worse each game. The man looks like he hasn't slept in weeks.

Thought his form has dipped his last couple of games but I still like him a lot.

I noticed the bags as well.. His form has definitely dipped the last couple of weeks. Giving up a lot of free kicks and just not aware of his surroundings at times. Hopefully just a temporary dip in form.

Coincidentally in the last couple of games he's played ,we haven't played the system that had evolved in the 22 win run. 5 defenders and 3 strikers started today's game, 2 midfielders, Rodri and Bernie, no wonder he struggled, virtually alone in the centre of the pitch with 2 Fulham players trying to keep him out of the game. We won't see this set up again until we have enough points to guarantee the PL.
