He will likely play a bit part this season. It’s very unlikely he will recover from acl and immediately be fit to play like he did before.

Niggles will be common. He picked something up during that game in cwc.

Van dijk is a perfect example of how the progress will most probably be. It took him a good 12 months after recovery to be at his previous level
