Not in salary he's not. If we win absolutely everything and he picks up all accolades he'll pick that up in 1 season. He won't this year though.

Why should Sancho get the same? He is 19. so once he turns 22/23 we give him 500k? Koulibaly won‘t earn hat much anyway. Pretty sure he would be happy with 200k since that Napoli Owner doesn‘t even pay much.

Our wage structure is built around bonuses, to a) keep the "wage bill" down, and b) to keep the hunger high.
