Yep,he's heavy and awkward,and he gets shrugged off the ball far more than he used to.

The impact of those injuries of last year are definitely resonating, he’s reluctant and somewhat cautious in the tackle, understandable naturally but the bite is missing!

I think we will use this same system when the CL games come back and sub in Grealish and Sterling depending on the state of the game. in the PL it is a different story we need to give Grealish his learning time to ultimately phase out Gundogan from our squad as he is getting slow and old

He's got that drive back. When we're looking laboured he looks like dragging us up a gear or two or just doing it himself. Fantastic.

Very good workrate but still not there and giving the ball away too often in basic movements.

Still, another decisive goal so we can forgive him!
