This is exactly what I saw. Simplified things and was far more effective for it. Maybe this is the answer, play simply until his fitness and radar are back to 100%. Hope that the late knock didn't harm him.

Edging his way back into form - The sign of a truly great player is how they are able to make minor adjustments to fit into the way the team works. In the recent past we played with pace on the wings and his quick through balls were a thing of joy, now he is playing more and more short passes. He kept moving into space to receive the ball all game - good signs for the important games ahead.

always said this KDB needs runners on the wing and a focal point to make use of his passes
