18/19 home and away kits ?

So the club get money off shirt sales despite signing lucrative mega deals with the likes of Nike ?. I fooking doubt it !!!
 
There's some proper backwards logic in this thread.

If anyone can find the genuine shirts for a cheaper price than what City are charging, that's where they should be getting them from.

Doesn't make any difference to City where you buy them. And if it did, they wouldn't be blatantly ripping fans off by charging the highest prices in the market.

There was an article linked on here a while back that proved that clubs getting money for each shirt sold was a myth - it was in relation to Rags (mostly) being able to boast that they would get the money back they paid for Pogba on shirt sales... totally not the case.

So sales volumes don't influence contract values / terms ?

Interesting,counter intuitive economics....i.e. 1 sold shirt has equal value to (say) 100,000 sold shirts in contract negotiation value. Ahem !!!
