I love Eddie, but overall, Ortega’s a much better goalkeeper.

Thought he was really unlucky not to start midweek.

Yeah I don't wanna get piled on but I just had this gut vibe when I saw Ederson's name that we'd lose the RM tie. Can't explain it.. can't argue it, just gut feeling.

Ortega may actually be the player of the season ahead of Foden if we somehow win something.

He kept us in it and put in a real performance against dips, goons, villa and Real Madrid.

We have 2 world class keepers but for me it’s Ortega by quite a bit as when he plays I’m more confident than ederson but ederson. Is great aswell and we are blessed with 2 great keepers .

I see no direct reason for Ederson to come straight back in at the moment. I think Ortega has been great.

I wouldn't wish him to leave but he's a first choice at any top club for me. Problem is he's up against another first choice at any top club.
I just don't see a way we can keep him.

The team never skips a beat when he comes on or starts games , couldnt pay him a bigger compliment , replacing a top class keeper like Ederson and the standard of the team doesnt drop one iota.

He doesn't have those rash moments that Eddie sometimes has when he comes charging down, the other difference of course is that Eddie is better with his feet but our level doesn't drop at all when Ortega plays, still wouldn't call him the player of the season because he hasn't played that much.

If he was better than Ederson the best manager of all time would realise. So he isn’t better than Ederson. A fantastic backup though, as good as backups get.
