-25% of PL games = 9-10 games a season. This season he has already played 8. If you think 9-10 games is an improvement from 8 games, then I am not sure if you are taking a piss or you are being real, either way its an insult.
I think they should share everything 50/50. Then a salary increase. That can sway him to stay.
