He got skinned in about the 3rd minute tonight and I knew he was going to be in for a rough game from then. They say older players lose a yard and that was proven tonight. Madrid players were getting to the ball in 50/50’s every time and the counter was on from that point. Time for Gundo to chill out in Saudi, Turkish league or MLS.

Starting 2 games in a week was a bad shout - particularly as we were set up completely differently to how we were vs Newcastle. Just hung out to dry a fair bit
