Can be difficult to come into a game like that, but he made it look easy. Class act - looks a threat whenever he’s on the ball, and has great discipline / work rate.
And put in 4-5 corners in a row that were all bob on - been about 30 years since I’ve seen us do that.

Like i said before, he's such a game changer, whether it's goals, assists, attitude, speed, pressing. He has it all.

He used to take set pieces here in River. He's just a supreme striker of the ball.

Give it a season or two and Grealish-Haaland-Alvarez might be one of the best front 3s ever.
I hope that never happens.

Alvarez would be FAR better utilized in the free 10 roles than out wide.

Put Foden, Palmer or anybody else who is more natural on the RW.

I feel so guilty we only paid River €14m. His shooting power and passing accuracy is something to behold - reminds me of a young Kun. Little-to-no backlift and boom, it’s flying at the goal!

I loved him and Bernardo chasing down players together... like a swarm of killer bees.

(Pictures of a 70s disaster movie where the haunting buzz of crazy ass mini soccer players grows more and more menacing as they speed towards poor innocent defenders)
