It's not just his scoring abilities he has many link-up abilities as well, and there's still a lot more to him that we haven't seen yet, he's barely scratching the surface.

It's funny seeing Chelsea fans in twitter saying "relax, it's just a tap in", as if:

1) He didn't participate in the build up with that great cross field ball to Mahrez.

2) Tap in goals were luck and not an innate hability that some of the best goal scorers in history have always had.

Chelsea wished they had a striker as good as Julian on their squad.

Anyone can see he is a cracking player with so much potential.

His all round player is very impressive, love his work rate and tenacity. Will become a fan favourite within a few years

He took a lot of unwarranted criticism based on 3 games: a CL game when we went down to ten men, a dead rubber CL game and the game where Leicester put 10 men behind the ball and we weren’t at our best. Other than that, his work rate has been excellent and his finishing lethal. If he carries on like that Pep will have to find a way to fit him in the team with H.

We are blessed to have both Haaland and Alvarez.

2 completely different players but both incredibly talented in what they bring. They also both have a killer mentality where they fight for every inch on the pitch.

To top it all off they seem like great guys and would bring a lot to the dressing room.

He looks like the real deal doesn't he? Even though he'd have had plenty of excuses for a slow start at City, he's been consistently good so far.

Tevez-esque. He's better than Jesus at it. Jesus ran a lot, but rarely actually won the ball. Alvarez turns it over a couple of times per game.
Very much plays like he can hold his own against players twice his size and will never back down from a scrap. Dunno if you have to have that if you're a smaller lad coming through the Argentine system, but all the Argentine City lads have had it.

Starting to get the goals his displays deserve. Get him minutes on the wings when Haaland is fit, his energy offers so much and its the only way we keep this lad happy long term.
