It’s mad because he’s really neat with one-touch, quick passing and movement around the box when Foden is there but we just didn’t use that tonight at all when he came on.

He just sits on the bench most games and gets 10 minutes here and there, yea no wonder he's out of form!

Bullshit. On average he gets 0,83 goal or assists per 90. Close to one per game. One of very few players in the squad that can contribute with goals even if he’s not playing well. Been out of form lately, but so has many others
Bullshit.

It's 0.57, or 0.55 excluding penalties, in the Premier League.

3162 minutes, 29 G+A, a goal contribution every 109 mins after tonight. The least of our problems. Wonderful young player.

Bullshit.

All competitions it’s 0.83 G&A per 90

didnt give us much, hoped with his energy he will scare Real defenders but we hardly created much in extra time. felt ike Haaland going off completely gave boost to Real centrebacks of aerial issues...
we didnt even cross much after that.

bit of a wasted extra time.

Decent player, thats it. He runs his bollocks off and can be more than effective against 90% of the teams we play but he will never be Aguero.

If both of our strikers look terrible perhaps the tactics have something to do with it?

Or maybe the world cup winner and greatest goal scorer on earth have suddenly turned shit, one or the other.

I thought he should come on but looked knackered straight away.
We can break the low block against the likes of Luton but lacked a Gundogan to unlock a strong defence.
Why do we ping all our corners in at their keeper its delivered the sum of sweet fa.

The Club World Cup and group stage of the Champions League are doing some heavy lifting there.
He was directly involved in 3/4 goals in our first ever Club World Cup trophy, and also has goal contributions against Leipzig, Newcastle, Brighton, Chelsea, Tottenham and Man United this season. Last season he did it multiple times against Sevilla, Real Madrid, Tottenham, Liverpool and Chelsea. Has scored the winning goal(s) in many games over the last two seasons. No doubt a very important player in the squad, otherwise Pep wouldn’t play him so much
