My most significant criticism of Pep has always been that he's loyal almost to a fault.

He has one incredible upside, with multiple massive downsides. While appreciating how good he can be against fast wingers I have always thought we should learn to contain without having to sacrifice a starting spot to such a limited player.

Played Vinicius onside and then lost his man for the goal. Played well after that, but that’s the kind of mistakes that you can’t afford to do at this level. Not the first time he ruins the offside line. We should have scored another 3 or 4, so this is obviously not his fault, but he gotta work on staying on line with the other defenders

Played well tonight but as always, there’s at least one fuck up and tonight’s was vital. No excuse for being 2 yards behind the rest of your defence when you’ve got the luxury of looking across the line!

Yes. We were 4 v 4 and then I think 6 v 4 in the end, but everyone was moving at a snail's pace, almost as if they thought the flag would yet be raised.

Dias has been nowhere near as good this season, him and Walker have been our worst defenders by far.
