We’ve got an unbalanced squad. We’ve got four right wingers and no natural left winger. I’ve got no doubt this is making certain players to go in and out of form. Bernardo should be ahead of Mahrez every game, regardless of form.

Forgot about Foden, so that’s five potential right wingers.

That’s an interesting strategy. Where does form come into your reckoning then?

Been anywhere from awful to bad for the past 18mths, maybe time we moved on. Whatever 2018-19 was just isnt coming back..

He was superb 18 months ago , he is now a shadow of that player , bottles any chance of beating a player just looks for the easy pass ,or is he playing to instructions ?
Pep needs to give players like Bernardo the freedom to play their game and take some risks or we are going nowhere this season

It’s fine to be the guy who runs around a lot when you have Sane, Sterling, David Silva, KDB and Aguero running the show every week. When they aren’t running the show, I am sorry to say, Bernardos running around a lot just doesn’t cut the mustard. Doesn’t score, doesn’t assist...doesn’t do a lot.
