I’m not saying we sell him but he’s playing poorly. As I said above I’d like to see him get a run in central midfield because we have better options wide right, but we desperately need him to find some form.

He did.

I think he’s struggling with not knowing what he is. He’s become a squad player with no position. He’s being used as a utility rotation player, and I think his confidence has disappeared.

Even if he’d played well today, he either wouldn’t be in the same position or even in the team in the next game.

He needs to be trusted to play in the same position and make it his own. How on Earth do Mahrez Sterling and Rodri carry on getting picked no matter how ineffective or shite they can be, but Bernardo is just in-out-midfield-out-one side-out-out-the other side-out...?
