442 Diamond for me. I remember the Feyenoord 4-0 away really well. That first half was one of the best I'd ever seen us play. Bernardo, De Bruyne, and Walker linked excellently. Jesus and Aguero were the strikers and we had Mendy playing too.

Was that with David Silva as the LCM? KdB up top, with Bernardo RCM? So 4132.

Could work, would require the wide midfielders to cover for the fullbacks width (so Foden and Bernardo tonight) otherwise it would leave the back 3 (2 CBs and 1 DM) quite exposed. I suppose this Pep 442 alleviates that by instead playing with 2 DMs to give the wide players more freedom.

So how do we get Bernardo playing like that with KDB on the pitch? I loved how we was buzzing all over the place last night, he's at his best when he's free to roam.

I think people put too much stock in the idea that we can't get the best out of him when Kev's on the pitch. He was brilliant in the second half of his first season (which seems to have been erased from a lot of people's memories) when he was played on the right and I think I'm in the minority of people who think that's still his best position.

I thought him and KDB were the best players on the pitch in that infamous Spurs Champions league game for example. Both were trying to drag us through. Bernardo was phenomenal out wide. We've seen plenty of them being great together

He needs rest like for 4-5-6 months without football - watching Netflix and eating donuts and then maybe he will start a new life, playing football we all expect from him..

Right now he looks like a dead battery and it’s sad to watch him being like that..
