At the moment I would have him in place of KDB alongside Gundogan and Rodri. With KDB as an impact substitute

I've thought this since midway through last season. Bernardo has the stamina that KDB has lacked for some time. The other 9 outfield players carried KDB far too long yesterday.

KDB is capable of changing a game with one move. Much the same as Bernardo did yesterday, but Bernardo is much more effective over 90 minutes.

He can play as an inverted full-back, anywhere in midfield and anywhere across the frontline all to an incredibly high level. There's not many players in world football you could say that about.
