Maybe his most useless game in City shirt, he did one thing all game, get the ball wide and pass backwards.

The worrying thing is, people here love it. And if anyone dare be a bit positive, they are impact players to come on from the bench.
 
Not his best today. Will caveat it though by pointing out we often completely ignore the fact Bernardo is tasked with playing about 4 positions per game. It's crazy how much Pep asks of him at times. Players always talk about being in a rhythm and that's when they only have 1 position. Bernardo's role changes multiple times per game and is expected to just switch in an instance. I think he could benefit from a more defined role gor a bit to allow him to get back into it as another that's had virtually no pre-season.

You always want Bernardo Silva in the starting lineup of every single big game.
 
Wow Bernie called them and the ref out after the game.

He fired both barrels at the ref for not controlling the time wasting, the blocking of Ed for the second goal, and the restart of play for their first goal.

He then said only one team came to play football and let the gooners have it for their anti-football and negative tactics.

Good on you Bernie!
 
Love the guy but his performances need to get better

Looks like he's been treading water for a while. I thought last season he dropped off quite a bit after the treble and hasn't looked sharp this season yet.

Agreed, his effort is unquestionable but for a player of his quality he has been very ordinary for some time.
 
I love his attitude in these games puts everything on the line for the team but always on the right side of the line, completely different to the Arsenal players who can't see the line.

He should have been put centre back in the 2nd half with Foden on the right and Akanji or Dias up front (but can drop back when defending) with Erling.
 
I'll say it, because no one says it. The least threatening offensive player for the last year. I bsrely remember the last time he was able to dribble someone going forward.

People criticize Grealish, when Bernardo as a winger doesn't produce a 10% of what Grealish produces. Having Savinho on the bench for him is crazy with this being his level for a while now.
