It was so vital for that group of players to take that step up at that time. Honestly think we'd have been waiting for several more years if we hadn't taken that opportunity. As someone else has said, this one will hurt but I have zero doubt that if we lose it this year we'll win it again next year.

It's also why Liverpool need to win it this year, btw, and if they don't they might be in trouble. Players heads might be turned, and it is very unlikely they will get the same points total next year.
Ha ha I was the same.2012 without question. That first title was the most important. I hardly slept for 6 months during that second half of the season.
