No then :)Sun gossip today "£150M triple swoop"
I know you watch your players , so watch Pulgar I think you will like what you see ? currently playing better than Ndombele . as for Chilwell good player but not that much better than Zinky or DelphWell any good DM will improve us coz Fernandihno is coming dangerously close to the cliff. It will happen soon, and the more prepared we are the better. It's nice how Kompany's wall happened quietly. The replacement just came in (John and Eric) and Kompany slowly went to backup. And was able to muster some great games and some not so great. Normal for backups.
David Silva's transition also is happening in front of our eyes. I said in the summer that if we started the season with David Silva and Dihno as the 1st two choices off the bench them we'd be great.
We didn't bcoz Kev got injured and we missed out on Jorghino. But we are slowly moving in that direction. The goal this summer (as it was supposed to be last summer) is to find the guy who would bench Dihno.
Simply put, if Dihno is an integral starter next season, we wil lhave lots of problems. His replacement is the only priority.
Personally, I guess Ndombele seems the current best option we are looking at. With Rice and Never in play. Any of the 3 may suffice.
As for Chillwell, I don't get the attraction. I'd rather we go for the RB in AWB who is clearly a great talent and punt on LB until a worthy one is available. Besides, Zinchencko is better than Chillwell.
Any player who doesn't have the potential to outplay Zee isn't worth wasting top dollar on. And Chillwell isn't.
Haha love itsounds like a recipe,
get your wan bissaka rice pop it into the fridge and chilwell ,heres one I made earlier :)
Only seen him a couple of times but he looked lost, you can see there is a good player in there just not yet, I will have to catch up on his recent displays thoughIf we get a work permit Douglas Luiz can save us a lot of cash this Summer ..... I wonder if his form has been good all season or the Madrid game was a one off
Ederson, Muric
Walker, Danilo, Kompany, Stones, Laporte, Otamendi, Mendy, Chilwell.
Fernandinho, Ndombele, De Bruyne, D. Silva, Bernardo, Gundogan, Foden
Sterling, Sané, Mahrez, Aguero, Jesus
Doubt it, think it will be 2 in maybe 3 if Otamendi goes, doubt we'll spend more than £100 mill net.
Douglas Luiz had a great game against Real. Hopefully he continues his development and is a good future alternative for Ferna

It's not correct.
We already have an agreement in place with another midfielder.
City won't be spending £130m during the entire summer.
Net or gross spend though tolm? ;-)
Unfortunately when we thought we had solved the issue it seems instead we have bought a crock. We need a DM and a LB.
Although tbf it seems like we've gone into every window the past 15 years needing a LB.
Hmmm ..... probably means player locked into a gentlemans agreement so we can put pressure on selling club to try to negotiate lower price.... As long as it doesn't drag on all summer, we can't afford another Jorginho fiasco, that would be extrmemely embarresing, lesson there was don't do business with nutcases like Aurelio De Laurentiis ....
As much as we need a DM and LB, I think we also need another attacking midfielder, who is more comfortable in the middle than the wing, someone older than Foden but younger than de Bruyne. Unless our philosophy changes, we're almost certainly going to go deep in all tournaments, which means injuries and suspensions will deplete the squad and put added strain on others.
As of right now, we have:
De Bruyne
Bernardo
Silva
Gundogan
Foden
to play there. I can't see why we we would need three players for each of the roaming 8's, especially when it's quite arguably our strongest area of the team.

Agreed. My only concern with hearing what @tolmie's hairdoo has said is that if it’s gross spend then we won’t be getting anyone of huge quality? Ndombele and say chilwell would be at least £140m in this current climate and I personally think that west ham would want nearly £100m for rice to be honest? We need a world class DM at least!
