Wherever I just saw Trump speaking he started talking about how it needs to be decided on the night because the whole world is waiting and that 'bad things' happen to ballots if it goes on too long. Bad things like what, counting them?

Am I the only one who thinks that Trump maybe has a point about mail-in ballots? Surely, like here, if they've not been received by election day then they shouldn't count. And they should be counted on the night.

Probably not the only one.
But if the Post Office is deliberately delaying deliveries then it would be rather unfair for people who posted their ballots in plenty of time.

Oh yes. Only if all other circumstances were in order. But it's yet another example of USA infrastructure and public services bring politicised.
