Is this for real?

It’s Jim Acosta (CNN Chief WH Correspondent) tweeting it, and the syntax and grammar check out for standard Trump legal opinion, so I am going to go with a rating of ‘Highly Likely’.

Clark county have a prob with some ballots , some people need identity checks or not signed or it doesnt match

Sat or sunday for the bulk to be done

Missed the numbers

They don't have the numbers as it would require predicting the future! If they've got 1300 laptops to download data from, they may not know.

The election guy is taking the piss out of the dumb media questions a bit.

That is pretty standard.

They give voters a period of time to “cure” defect/rejected ballots.

Worth noting that states aren’t counting particularly slowly this election compared to normal, it’s just that states aren’t being called early due to how close they are.

He also said that they have a lot more votes and mail-in votes.

He's also flatly countered the 90+ year old cited earlier - said signature matched to their satisfaction and they offered assistance.

That is the thing I have had to repeatedly explain to a few I know here: the vote count percentages you see with vote tracking are estimations based on a lot of (albeit educated) guessing.

But the nature of this particular election means the confidence levels of the estimations are lower than they have been in quite some time.

There could be states at 100% estimated votes counted that still have ballots to count/cure.

Arizona seems very close considering some have called it already , 300,000 yet to count
It’s where they are...in area heavily skewed to Biden.

it’s like walking around the Etihad asking “Who supports United?” You’re not getting a lot of takers!

So the GOP fraud witness who 'couldn't cast her vote in Nevada as somebody had already voted for her' refused to contest the vote cast under her name, interviewed by the Secretary of State who also saw no wrong-doing.

Looks like a Trump supporter who was making it up and realised taking their vote off of the table was taking a vote away from Trump.

This guy is superb in his clarity.

It sounds as though people turning up without ID get 3 days grace to return and their votes will count.

Me thinks it's a Trump supporter who was making it up and realised taking their vote off of the table was taking a vote away from Trump.

I reckon a court is going to take all those officials' word for it!
