As much of a buffoon as Trump appears to be, he is a billionaire tycoon. Even if it turns out he's not the greatest businessman, you don't get that rich without being an aggressive, competitive as fuck, gamesman to the extreme, Machiavellian, underhanded, and hard working piece of shit. This isn't about politics to Trump, it's just a competition he has to win at all costs. He's not won of course (yet?) but he's been playing a different game for 5 years and the world has been too arrogant to notice the floppy haired fuck doing it.

I get what you're saying but you have to factor in that he started out as a billionaire and apart from winning the Presidency, has fucked up pretty much everything he's ever touched. The man may be competitive, I grant you. But he's a fucking imbecile. Genuinely, a man of very low intelligence, objectively.

A man who suggested treating COVID patients with disinfectant could be a sensible cure. Let the monumental stupidity of that suggestion sink in for just one moment.

The bookies don't make subjective judgements. They balance the weight of money. Whichever outcome has the most money on it will be favourite.
They don’t just do that. They have the best information and are greedy, so love influencing the markets and betting on the outcome too. You’d be surprised the bandwagon effect of shortening a price up in getting people to put money on it. Never ceases to amaze me.

I know you're probably better informed than me mate but just seen on the BBC website that trump has 55% of the vote in Pennsylvania so far to Biden's 43%, that's with 75% of all total votes counted so far. Seems miles of a stretch for Biden to claw back surely?
Biden has some more votes coming from around Philadelphia and Pittsburgh (Philadelphia County has an opportunity to return another 180k more votes than Trump if the remaining votes follow what's been declared there) and there are apparently 600k postal votes which haven't yet been counted, potentially 450k for Biden based on 75% bias towards him elsewhere (I heard). Probably too far I would say to catch but it will close a lot. I don't think he'll need that state other than to get a wider margin of victory and weaken Trump's fraud claims.

Not too early to predict though.

Biden needs 50 more electoral college votes. Where on earth is he going to get them from?
If he was to get them I would say Hawaii, Nevada, Arizona, Michigan, Wisconsin, Maine and one of their congressional district seats. But how likely that is to happen I haven’t a clue.

over 1m postal and 700k in Philli.
Yikes. I'm a bit dubious on some numbers as it feels like clutching at straws a bit. I watched everything all night and first heard 600k on CNN, then another 300k for something then something else that they weren't sure was part of the 600k. It could change things there if your number is true and I think Trump is done if he loses with Pennsylvania on top to widen the margin.

And all the bookies get their odds from the exchange which is driven by the punters, to use the bookie price as the be all and end all is folly.
