How are you still trying to argue that Trump may still have a right to govern after everything that has happened in the last 4 years?The way the questions are being framed sometimes is often disingenuous.
1.) You don't need "widespread voter fraud" which by the way has no real meaning or definition. It's just a made up phrase that can be used to dismiss evidence by claiming it's not widespread. What constitutes widespread and why is that what's required. No one ever asks :?
2.) What you should need or be required is evidence of Irregularities or fraud affecting a significant enough number of votes that is larger than the margin of victory in a particular state.
3.) Now when stated in clear and actionable terms as above in 2, there is evidence in at least 2 States, Michigan and Georgia that meets that standard.
4.) Many of the claims that have been tossed by the Supreme Court, should have been tossed regardless of it's merit.
5) If for example, you don't have Standing to bring a lawsuit, it doesn't matter what the merits of your claims are, it should and often does get tossed.
For example, if your friend's car was smahed and you have video evidence of this, you can't sue the perpetrator for smashing your friend's car, just because you think what he did was is wrong. You don't have Standing. Only your friend has standing to press charges. So if you Syed, because you thought you'd friend was being a wimp for not saying, your case will be tossed. Regardless of the evidence you have.
5.) For a lot of these cases, the Supreme Court is Not the right Court to answer these cases. Thankfully the Justices understand this. And the Activists agree coz it suits them :)
I know for most who believe there is no evidence of fraud, they also don't check.
The evidence presented at the Georgia Senate (video of continued vote counting after telling everyone they were done counting for the night and the poll watchers and media left) to me is CLEAR evidence of an Irregularity which contravenes the election laws of Georgia.
Now I can dismiss word of mouth claims, but I can't dismiss the unexplained reason for continuing to count votes after stopping and telling everyone you were done for the night, then waiting till everyone left, before continuing to count. I simply can't!

A video showing someone saying something to reporters and poll watchers, and then everyone clearing out. Except for four people who stayed back waited until everyone left . Then they went to a particular table, pulled out ballot boxes and started counting votes again.
That video was played in the Georgia State Evidentiary hearing. I watched it. You can too. It's not some crackpot making shit up on YouTube.
That video was supported by by 2 republican poll watcher statements made under penalty of perjury, that they were told to leave by the Woman in braids we could on the video and that counting was done for the night.
Those 2 statements were further supported by Reports from MSNBC, CBS, CNN, Fox News, Local 11 in Atlanta all reporting at about 10:30pm that they've been told counting was stopped for the night and will resume at 8 am.
On the video we can see ballot counting continuing btw 10:35om to around 1am in the morning.
The Evidence debunking the above? Georgia Channel 11 called the board of elections to ask about this video showing people counting ballots after they had told everyone ballot counting was done for the night.. The response...

If the people in the room believed the vote counting was done (as they told everyone it was) why did they just all sit still and wait doing nothing as everyone started clearing out? It's almost as if they knew vote counting wasn't done at 10:30... Almost as if they had the ability to predict their supervisor calling in to continue counting minutes after everyone clears out.
Also, another point that often gets blurred is the State Monitor being present. No one points out h arrive at 11:45pm. Over an hour after the counting had commenced.
Again, at a minimum, it's strange that no one has asked for evidence nor has any been provided of the call the supervisor received that caused her to commence actions that contradicted her publicly stated claim. Who made the call, and when did the call come in? These are the types of questions a first year reporter would know to ask. Yet tons of National news reporters just don't seem interested.
