Don’t you dare lecture the rest of the forum on this subject. Those alt right forums and websites you spend your time on have poisoned your mind.

if you can’t recognise the danger that this man poses to not only the states but to the world, then you’re a moron. Let’s assume that you have no morals yourself so you’re prepared to ignore the fact that he represents and promotes every single dark and dangerous element of human nature: mocking the weak, denigrating women, hating foreigners, insulting his rivals like a child, inciting and stoking division, the normalising of barefaced lying, The arselicking of dictators and a thousand other ugly traits.

let’s even ignore his stupidity and incompetence which is available in pretty much any text written by anybody who’s been int he White House who is not in his pocket. They’ve all spent four years trying to educate him and curb his baser instincts. This man has the nuclear button for gods sake,

You have the gall to present yourself as some evangelist of science, which I actually admired in you at one point, Yet you repeatedly stand up for this man who denies climate change, denies vaccines and denies the coronavirus. Just this fact alone should make any same person, even if they are utterly devoid of morals, terrified of this man being the most powerful in the world.

And you talk of “Trump Derangement Syndrome” like some 18 year old back bedroom nazi with a gun fetish? Fuck off. He’s rotten to his core. I told you yesterday, when you were defending another right wing piece of amoral shit, you’ve jumped the shark. You’ve gone down the rabbit hole. You seriously need to have a long hard look at yourself and stay away from whichever dark and sinister corners of the web you’ve been lurking in.

I can’t reply because I’m going to work soon and I’ve thrown this together over my coffee. And my days of fighting for the last word on a forum are over. But you need telling what you’ve become and I’m glad that other posters are seeing through you as well as me. And the veil of plausible deniability you throw over it all is totally transparent.

If Trump loses and it’s a big if, it will be death by 1,000 cuts as postal votes comes in dribs and drabs in key states over next couple of days. He will not cope well with that.

If Trump loses (...if) then he will have no say in future balloting arrangements and individual states will fight tooth and nail to protect state laws (and rights). The system is quirky, but it’s not corrupt and it does seem to work. Senior politicians should be standing up for democracy... not trashing it.

Point still stands Kaz.
Trump doesn’t want Arizona called yet as all votes haven’t been counted. He’s behind there.

However he wants counting stopped in states he’s winning.

Cmon. I’d laugh at how ludicrous it is but you worry that he could get his way. That’s how ludicrous but really is.
I missed him earlier , he did what we knew he would but he denied he would, ihope it is going better than i think

At this stage of tiredness I'm hoping for a crazy scenario whereby it looks like the Democrats are set to win; Trump puts in some crazy motion to cancel votes, which somehow is allowed to pass; there's a miscount elsewhere and Trump wins; the motion he put in place to cut Dem votes now ends up cutting Rep votes after recount and costs him win.

I am confused tbf
The eventual winner needs 270 Electoral College votes to win. Biden has 238 currently and appears to be ahead in Wisconsin and Nevada. That would give him 16 further votes if he holds on, putting him on 254. From there he just needs any one of Michigan (16), Pennsylvania (20) or Georgia (16) to win the additional votes he needs.

He should be favourite in Michigan, Georgia is counting the remaining votes and is still too close to call although the odds seem to slightly favour Biden, which is slightly surprising as Trump was expected to win there. Pennsylvania will be tight but if he does win Nevada & Wisconsin, plus Michigan, it won't matter.

This is going to be so tight if Biden wins, it literally will not be accepted by the Republicans now anyway, it's going to leave the USA in an awful position either way, we thought shit was bad here when Brexit was a tight vote and we don't have half the Country armed and dangerous.

I think the threat of the country taking up arms is hugely overblown. Military fetishists does not a fighting force make. Regardless, even if Biden does win, it's too close for this to be over in any meaningful sense. Fact is a lot of Americans buy what Trump is selling. That's not a problem that goes away with a Biden victory.

It is the same pattern every election. A progressive party loses and are told they didn't listen to the working class (like trump obviously does when he gives tax cuts to the rich) and disenfranchised everyone including their traditional voters.

If the democrats picked Bernie and lost they'd have been told that a socialist will never win an election. If they go for a moderate candidate they aren't listening to the people, I'm really not sure what I'm missing and I'm working class myself
Well, this is quite true.

The DNC aren't 'progressive', they're to the left of the far right. They have Progressives trying to force course correction, but they are tremendously outnumbered so far.

It doesn't take the DNC to need a Bernie, but to listen to the people about their main concerns. At this point, even committing fully to M4A would have changed the game fully in favour to them.

It's a cross political winner in people's thoughts.

This means if they lose their job, they can still get medical attention at no extra cost as it's paid for through collective tax.

Both parties have been fighting this community principle when the majority of people see it as a life/ game changer.

Even if Biden wins, with a Republican Senate nothing will get done and Biden and the Democrats will be blamed. Then all the Republicans need do is find a charismatic, well spoken, right wing arse hole for 2024 and jobs a good un.

CNN have biden on 224 , are different news outlets calling it differently ?

Depressing isn't it. Though Biden could effectively govern by exec order like Trump has been doing.

If Trump wins, will he be claiming voter fraud? Or does that only happen if he loses?

If he does lose then I can see him point blank refusing to accept the result and the only way he goes IMO is if he is forcibly removed from the White House.....after he’s barricaded himself in!

They use different companies/experts/metrics, so while they generally agree broadly, some are more hesitant to call a tight state than others because nobody wants to be the network that called a state then have to backtrack later

This is how an election count looks in a well-functioning democracy.....

El93ujAXgAA-dz8

Surprised Elmo lost to that **** in the shabby suit.

My favourite part of the night was Bigga lecturing the world on how Biden lost the latinx vote as the democrats swept New Mexico, Arizona and all of South Texas.
I never said he lost the Latin vote. I mentioned Jorge Masvidal telling his constituency not to vote for Biden. That would be Florida.

Did Biden win Florida...?

Biden's people didn't win Arizona, that was Bernie Sanders intervention.

Biden sent nobody there.

He has already barricaded it to keep it safe from peaceful protesters of the colour he doesnt like , chick, chick, chick chicken
