The 99% is just an estimate and is rounded down. It could be actually 100% but the news networks or whoever is providing the stats can't say 100% until declared by the county, and it seems rules are strict on that. I've not seen 100% anywhere even at county level.

I think they’re only doing mail ballots now. So, they had to be opened with observers from both sides in attendance. That’s fine, and it appears all the envelopes have been opened, verified and matched, and stacked.

Now, the sort machines can do 13,000/hr MAX, but every time the machine finds an imperfect ballot, the count stops and they have to determine if it’s legal and legible, etc., so it can be counted! This is where the Sharpie Conspiracy started!!

“Fast is good, but accurate is best” is the slogan of the day. The sad part is that into that time & space, Trump is injecting lies, deceit and the desire for insurrection!
