It's time that investigation ended.
People on here think it's keeping an axe hanging over the club's head, Delaney et al use it's existence to imply guilt and some punishment coming down the line, and rival fans think it's City suppressing an investigation through corruption, it's ridiculous that it's been allowed to carry on so long.
If you can't prove wrongdoing or have any kind of revelation/update over 2 1/2 years then it's time to pack up.

It is now 4 years and 2 days since Der Spiegel first released details of those 6(?) emails. You'd have thought they'd have had time to come to some sort of resolution, although the CAS decisions should have ended it for the PL there and then.It's time that investigation ended.

I think it's a bit of a dead giveaway that our accountants/auditors are the notorious Piranha Brothers who not only operate with the 'Other set of books' but have yet another fall back position in reserve in case they fail, known as the 'Other, other set of books'..Shush, no one else is supposed to know about the "other" set of books.
