You know we might all laugh about this but I actually feel for all FFP's drawbacks, it perhaps encouraged us to move towards sustainability quicker than originally intended. As a club, we should actually be held up as a FFP success story.

I'm not sure it's had an effect on us at all TBH (besides perhaps a small hiccup with the original UEFA punishment). Covid impact aside, I suspect they've kept to their long term plan. It's only recently that it seems to have occurred to our detractors just how smart our owners and management are. It's now too late for them :)
