2022/23 Seasoncard Automatic Update Google Pay

SC has updated in my work iPhone and is showing the Bournemouth game. It's still in expired passes on my new Android phone but saying season 2022-23 so good to go later this week.

As I've said previously, after a very poor start to mobile ticketing when the club were woefully under-prepared for implementing it they have got their act together and it is very smooth now.

Apologies if this has already been asked. If I can’t make a game, usually I would give my ticket to a friend or family. How do I do this now without giving them my phone ?? Is there a way of forwarding the ticket ?

There a a few ways, you could add their email to your friends and family and forward them a link to the ticket, so they can download it directly on to their phone.

If it's a rush job, you can take a picture of the barcode on your WhatsApp and send them that.

Not had a problem doing that either, always scanned.

Out of interest how are we supposed to know which entrance to go in? What seat or row we sit in? I mean we do obviously but if someone's sat in your seat how are we supposed to prove its ours? Or if your ticket doesn't scan at the turnstile how do you show the steward you are at the right entrance cos my updated ticket simply says season 22/23 whereas last years had your entrance/row/seat number on??

I’ve a new phone and going to wait a few days. The instructions sent do not seem to have the download option available yet when I have logged into my account.

Just tried that. Looks like they need an account.
