2022/23 Seasoncard Automatic Update Google Pay

I’ve a new phone and going to wait a few days. The instructions sent do not seem to have the download option available yet when I have logged into my account.

Just as a matter of interest, for Android phones if you get a new phone and you transfer all your apps to the new one, does Google Pay bring with it the Seasoncard? Or do you have to download it again?
 
Checked mine this morning still in expired(android)but changed from Gold to Silver !!!! , was in phone Q when it changed back to Gold

It’s not carried across anything in the wallet for mine. The instructions city sent are detailed but the missing part is the icon it suggests to download is not showing on my screen.
 
It seems the club don't realise people get new phones. My dad swapped from android to Apple, can't download season card as greyed out......WHY!!!!!!! (deleted his expired card from android phone).
Have you transfered all your old apps to the new phone by the WiFi link in your settings ! Did this last year and season ticket was transfered over and worked fine !
 
So, my Andriod has updated correctly to show a Gold Seasoncard (was Silver yesterday) and the fixture shows correctly as Bournemouth on the 13th however....

It's still in my Expired Passes section. I can't see an option to move into the current section, or will this update later in the week?
 
I've just checked mine and Google pay has updated and is now called Google wallet. My seasoncard is still in expired passes but it has updated.
 
I was on print at home tickets last season but received an email with the option to switch to mobile. Clicked on the link and it's now showing in my Apple Wallet.
