I generally rarely even notice commentators. It’s just a noise in the background. I’ve lost count of the number of times I’ve heard people outraged about the biased or just plain shit commentary and thought.. I don’t even recall a single thing they said of note.

But that guy last night was next level awful. I mean, why did he keep just saying random shit things that weren’t even jokes and then start giggling away to himself like he’d just told the greatest gag of all time? It got to the point where I couldn’t concentrate on the game because of his inane ramblings. Definitely muting the TV if they have him on co- commentary again.

I think you are being unfair on Dublin. He works on the bbc programme Homes under the hammer. The bbc know from that programme just how good and intelligent he is
