It's very weird, whilst I've long since lost that excitement you had as a child, I at least normally have a bit of interest but it's like this world cup is like a void. I keep thinking about the impact of the break and how the matches following it might play out but as for the tournament itself I don't think I've had a single thought.

I don't think I've bothered about it since Garrincha was in his pomp....

Yeah honestly couldn't give a fuck. Bought a new TV for the 2018 edition and took time off from work but this one I couldn't care less about.

I'd usually have planned where I'd be watching all the England group games. Not even sure when they play and what time kick off is - and I'm probably one of the more excited ones!

im off for all the england group matches ( i work 4 on 4 off), but working on the 18th dec for the final which is a 3pm kick off, is that qatar time or uk ?

Think they are only a couple of hours ahead of us time wise so it could be 3pm or 5pm UK time

3pm UK time and 6pm in qatar. I have a conditional ticket for the final ( aswell as all England's knockout games ) through England Travel Club which all get refunded if and when we get knocked out as you had to pay upfront.
