Kane and Sterling shouldn’t be in the team for the Senegal game but has Southgate got the balls to leave them out? Highly unlikely the two of them but he’s got a chance of winning this trophy without them. With them, no chance at all. The City contingent plus Bellingham and Rice gives this team a chance, based on last night Sir Marcus, Pope Fishfinger the 1st; will start, I’d go, and yes I do wear Blue speccies:

Walker being back will be critical if we do make the quarters and get France. Walker is the only one who can potentially stop Mbappe, so getting a couple of games under his belt will be crucial. Other than Mbappe, i think we have a good chance against them if we go into it without fear and a negative setup.

He is a soft sod and has picked players so far to ensure as many as possible get some game time. Pros and cons of that as many have been average. Kane, Saka, Raz and Mount for me all done little. So what does he do now its knock out rounds. History suggests these are his favourites and he will go back to them.

Will be interesting.
 
Fifa are to charge the FAs of Ecuador and Mexico as their fans made anti gay chants to each other, in a country where its illegal to be gay, in the meantime threatening other FAs if the players make political statements or gestures about the anti gay laws in Qatar.

Had a close escape last night entering the Bin Ali stadium for England v Wales. You have to get through airport security style checks. So my bag went through in the tray and at the other end the police and stewards looked concerned. On unzipping my bag the first thing that was staring us in the face was
a full and unopened can of Heineken!! Oh dear I thought and I was invited to come with them.I'd forgotten that I'd put it in my bag when we were swapping bars in the radisson blu. Luckily they sent me on my way thinking I must be deranged. Off to Australia v Denmark in an hour no Carlsberg accompaniment tonight..

Very true.
Walker will need to be at full fast as fuck fitness asap. If not, there are a few players who could embarrass him as well as Mbappe. Vinicius Jr, Davies, Martinelli and the left back for Brazil are all lightning quick.
 
Just turned on Sly Sports News to see Melissa Reddy discussing the Senegal team and bigging them up. Should have known it would be rag or dipper focussed, and have obviously missed the St Marcus rimming.

Not sure which players actually play for them, but wasn't she reported to have been shagging Mane whilst they were both at Liverpool ?
