Arguably, Namibia not batting Wiese from the start could have been the difference too, he looked very good in the short time he was out there.
None of the "if's" matter, England won and are through.

For me, England has to look at it as we got lucky with the weather and got the job done, Now we have to turn up in every game from now on and stop messing about with lineups and play.

Both teams struggled with the new ball on the sticky pitch and England lost Salt and Buttler when they tried to force it. I think England concentrated on keeping the bowling tight rather than take wickets because Namibia were falling way behind the rate so better to keep the top two in. That's quite a mad set of figures.
I have a memory of a slow bowler in English 55 over cricket (Neil Cowley, maybe) getting figures of 11-11-0-2.
